We had a very quiet Thanksgiving last week, just the three of us. Nate made turkey, mashed potatoes, bread salad and green beans, and an apple pie. The pie was gone by the weekend, and we suspect Henry had a part in its disappearance. Nevertheless, we are still so so thankful for him.

A safe, warm home
Meaningful work
Loving families
Caring friends and neighbors
A well-trained dog who never has to go to the bathroom before 9 a.m.
Guitar Hero (Actually, only Nate is thankful for this. I won't be thankful until I can play all of Slow Ride without getting booed off stage).
